  2. Add your classes and members

    Build the weekly schedule, add students and their plans, and set kiosk PINs.

  3. Run the desk

    Students check in at the kiosk. Staff work the follow-up queue, the roster, and open balances from one screen.

FAQ

Who is The Helm for?

Brazilian jiu-jitsu, MMA, and other martial arts academies: owners, front desk staff, and coaches. It's built around classes, belts, kids and families, and trial students.

What does it cost?

Creating a gym is free. Pricing isn't published yet. Book a demo and we'll talk it through before you're ever charged.

Can I take card payments?

The Helm tracks plans, invoices, and past-due balances. Card payments run through Stripe and aren't switched on for new gyms yet. Ask us on a demo.

Does it text or email my members?

Not on its own today. Follow-ups and reminders are queued for your staff to send. Nothing goes out automatically.

Can I move my data from my current software?

There's no self-serve import yet. Book a demo and we'll look at what you have.

Do my members get an app?

Members and parents can sign in on the web to see the schedule, book classes, and view their billing. There's no app-store app.

Where does my gym live?

Each gym gets its own address, like yourgym.usethehelm.com. Gyms aren't listed publicly.
